Window
M3's Slideshow
is a dual purpose tool. It can be used be used for viewing images
as well as choosing them.
Displaying
images in a Slideshow
To add and
display images in an Slideshow:
- Select
the File>Add... menu item, select some files and exit the dialog.
- Shadow
the static image window if desired. To do this use the window's
pop-up menu item and select the Shadow.
- Press
the play button or use the forward or backward arrow buttons.
Choosing
files using the Slideshow
Once you
have added images using the method described above, you can use the slideshow
along with a Tiny Image Chooser to view and choose between the images.
To do this:
- Select
the Misc>Tiny Image Chooser... menu item.
- For
the image show, press the Green button to keep it or Red button to delete
it. If you wish to skip the image, use the forward arrow
button on the Slideshow window or choose a filename in the list on the
left of that window.
- Repeat
step 2 until you have chosen all of the images.
Slideshow
actions are:
- File>Add...
- Add files (or additional files) to the Slideshow list.
- File>Clear
All - Remove all files from the Slideshow.
- File>Close
- Close the Slideshow tool.
- Edit>Shadow
- Shadow the image being shown. Once you create a shadow, any
new images displayed by the Slideshow are also displayed in the Editor
Window opened.
- Edit>Clone
- Clone the image being shown. Use this if you see images which
you would like to keep displayed on the screen.
- Edit>Selected>Browse...
- Open an Advanced Browser displayed the selected image.
- Edit>Selected>Remove
- Remove selected image from Slideshow.
- Edit>Selected>Delete
- Remove selected image from Slideshow and delete it from the disk.
- Misc>Tiny
Image Chooser... - Open an attached Tiny Image Chooser.
- Misc>Smart
Sort - Sort images shown.
- Misc>Sort
Ascending - Sort images shown.
- Misc>Shuffle
- Shuffle the image names.

- Misc>Options...
- Open the options dialog. Using this dialog you can modify the
order which the images are shown, the speed at which the playback occurs,
and whether or not images are displayed more than once.
