Upgrade to Marauder 3 v 1.2.

What this upgrade does:

1. Small speed improvements for various features.
2. Speeds up name based searches. Now named based searches (such as DB:\abc*.jpg) take about 1 second for 50,000 files!
3. Many cosmetic changes.
4. New options windows and icon size options.

How to install:

1. Download and unzip m3iud12.zip.
2. Run M3 and verify upgrade.

What this upgrade does:

1. Makes display of images faster.
2. Makes jpeg imports faster.
3. TCH version 2 enhancement.
4. Small speed improvements for various features.
5. Speeds up Comprehensive Searches. A typical search of DB:\* using attributes now takes about 1 second for a 50,000 image collection!
6. Speeds up Realize path operations. You can not add or update many files rapidly.
7. Many cosmetic changes.
8. Changed font for Warp4.
9. Blitter is now included in M3.

1. Full size images now display faster. Specially optimized code for M3.
2. Jpeg import operations optimized.
3. TCH version 2 - All OS/2 versions of MD+F applications contain a watchdog code (seen in a small window in some applications). This code detected possible message loss problems and corrected them. M3 has now been upgraded with the new version of this code which is capable of detecting repeated message loss before one has been detected. This problem would only occur during heavy tasking and rapid movement and resizing of application windows.
4. Windows are no longer bound by M3's main window.
5. Searches on database are much faster. A search of the database using attributes should not last more than a few seconds!
6. Realize Path is much faster. Use it on a directory or in the Advanced Browser to update (or Add) information for all images in the Browser. This is almost 1000x speed of the unused attribute trick that was necessary for the same action in v 1.0.
7. Blitter 1.0 added to M3; look for an upgrade when the Blitter upgrade arrives.
